Overview
The Black Ocellaris Clownfish (Amphiprion ocellaris), sometimes also known as the Darwin Clownfish, is a naturally occurring variation for the species with a very limited natural range found in the Darwin area of Northern Australia. Black Ocellaris begin life orange colored and switch to black as they mature. The Black Ocellaris you receive may still have some orange color, especially on the face. This will disappear as they age resulting in a solid black and white adult.
