Overview
The Misbar Black Ocellaris Clownfish (Amphiprion ocellaris) derives its name from their incomplete center or tail stripe. Some Misbar Clownfish even have incomplete head bars. Black Ocellaris begin life orange colored and switch to black as they mature. The Black Ocellaris you receive may still have some orange color, especially on the face. This will disappear as they age resulting in a solid black and white adult. Due to the variation in stripe patterns, the fish you receive may look slightly different from the ones pictured.
