Overview
The Misbar Onyx Percula Clownfish (Amphiprion percula) is a classic and stunning variety of clownfish, known for its deep black markings that contrast beautifully with the vibrant orange and white bands. The misbar name comes from their incomplete center or tail stripe. Some Misbar Clownfish even have incomplete head bars. Their unusual patterns make them very popular with hobbyists who appreciate unique specimens. ORA does not selectively breed misbars, they occur naturally in aquaculture during larval development. Since each fish will have a slightly different stripe pattern, they are all distinct and individually recognizable.
Like other Percula Clownfish, this fish is hardy and easy to care for, making it ideal for both novice and experienced aquarists.
